Moving with hjkl

Arrow keys are far away. hjkl sit under your fingers.

In Vim you move with h j k l: left, down, up, right. It looks silly at first, but your hand never leaves the home row. A trick to remember: j looks like a down arrow and h is the leftmost of the group. Almost any motion takes a count in front: 5j goes down five lines.
